Wonderful garden, rooms are well decorated.

Breakfast that is included is very light

Style of the new building is great but the noise is like you have a car or a stranger inside the room, did not sleep the entire night fue to the noise on the road…. BAD

The hotel is located in the middle of a manglar. The room and bathroom were large and comfortable. The restaurant cuisine and service were good. The pool area comfortable.

All the staff were amazing and very helpful! Noah took time to help us with our trip and the area. The location and setting was excellent!

We booked our room for the jacuzzi bath tub but there was not enough hot water to make it happen. The outdoor hot tub was not hot. They advertised bikes but they were not available and in the shop while we were there.

Is a beautiful property with lots of trees

In the guacamaya suite you can hear all the noises from the kitchen and smells. The food was at least at May first dinner not exactly what was describe in the menu. We never had hangers in our closet, but at the time we were leaving they stop me to ask for the hangers.

they asked me about my food allergies and then completely forgot to mention it to the kitchen staff that served me lactose filled breakfast.
