"Great Property and stay. Would not hesitate to recommend."

9.0

Great property. Ideal for us (4 people in 3 Bedrooms). Facilities great and most essentials already on site. Parking good for two cars albeit a bit tight but okay if you're careful. Proper heating was much appreciated especially since it was minus 1-2. Love Bingham and the surrounding area and this was an ideal base to visit attractions and family. Great selection of pubs, restaurants and take aways within relatively easy reach.

Would have appreciated earlier notification of key lock code to save stressing on the day of travel. One hour before we were due to arrive made me worry a bit. Grab rail for getting in out of the shower would be a bonus especially for us geriatrics, LOL. No indication that I could see of which wheelie bins to use, would have been helpful to know for those of us more waste concious. These are only observations and would not stop me recommending the property!

"I lovely holiday visiting family and friends"

8.0

The kitchen was well equipped with good quality appliances, the washer was especially welcome and the fridge freezer excellent. The television in the living room was good with wide choice of channels. Seating was good and the separate dining area a bonus. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of places for your clothes. The heating and hot water was excellent and easy to regulate. We didn't use the conservatory and the garden as it was October but they both looked inviting. Bingham is a lovely market town and this house on the outskirts is withing walking distance.

I will start by saying we will stay here again but might suggest a couple low cost addictions which will add to the comfort. The bathroom felt a little dated and would benefit from redecoration. From a safety point of view not having a bath mat for when showering is dangerous to older people as is the lack of a hand rail to assist entry and exit. A mat7towel to stand on when getting out the bath or shower is essential and a hook of the back of the doors for clothes would be nice. Finally having a downstairs toilet is useful but it really does need a towel to finish it off.
