Casa San Domenico Double Room E

The shared kitchen was well-equipped, but cold with no heat source, and noisy ( extractor fans running constantly). Their frying pan didn't work on their induction hob. And i got electric shocks when i touched their toaster, which was alarming

Casa Domenico is very well located. The staff was extremely helpful, I recommend!

When we arrived the code given was not working so we could not checkin and we were waiting in the rain until someone answers our messages. We could not put the aircondition in the heat, the room was cold.

We had a functional.room in a building in a more residential area of Valletta. We loved the keyless access - no danger of leaving the key behind. The room was spacious with large comfortable bed, simple drawers and hanging space, a TV and a shower and loo off the bedroom. The air-conditioning was easy to use. A clean, no frills base that we were very happy in for our two nights. Valletta is not very big and there is a good range of restaurants and bars just round the corner for breakfast and evening meals. The whole of Valletta is in walking distance but the room was low down with the town centre up hill. The town boasts plenty of steps and quirky streets.

everything except...

it was quite noisy. loud noise came from the street, and from the main door, and from the rest of the building. I could not sleep well, despite my ear plugs.
