The apartment is clean and in a good location.

It is very cold in the apartment, the air conditioner cannot heat it up, and the tap water is not suitable for drinking, it is brown color.

"Needs some serius investment from the owner. Good ( if it is?) Just for one night, otherwise, I would not recommend."

It is close to the Ferry, and literarrly you need 5 mins to the port. It has free parking just accross. Air condition works good. Coffee maschine and coffe pads available..Communication with the owner is really great even he spoke only Italian - we conntacted over Booking app.

It is an old place that needs renovation, especially bathroom. Mould and some hairs in the bathroom, okd towels(clean though).Whole building is old an corridor is really bad- that leaves very bitter first impression.
