La cercanía del centro.

Tiene un fuerte olor a desagüe. Tiene el marco de la puerta del baño por debajo, comido por la humedad. Las toallas del baño, huelen a humedad. La taza del water en el fondo está descuidada, así como la escobilla. No hay sitio para aparcar. La bomba de aire da poco calor.

Muy bien todo en general.

Mucho ruido de los vecinos de arriba y la puerta del portal es un infierno, tan difícil es ponerle un par de gomas para que no pegue esos portazos, por cierto primer día la mitad del baño con agua fría.

Piso moderno, equipado y bonito.

Desde las 2 de la mañana hasta las 6 los vecinos de arriba se comportaron como animales. Por eso voto muy bien al piso y muy mal a mí experiencia.
