It is convenient to be able to cook and the apartment is located next to the city mall, Everything works as it should and the environment is quiet, like out in the countryside yet it is right in the middle of everything. I enjoy watching the farm animals going about their day. Good value and I recommend for anyone visiting Dumaguete.

What do you mean how was the breakfast? Were they supposed to provide breakfast? I didnt get any. The inside room was very nice. The exterior and surrounding around not so much. But good for the money.

I was on the third day and they did not change my towels. I asked some young guy if he could get me clean towels and he said yes, but two hours later, no towel. I walk to his station and handed him my towels and 20 mins later a girl brought them to me.

Very clean and accommodating! I love the convenience of the place. The host was so nice I had so much fun in this place I’m going to stay here again for my next visit!

No breakfast provided but location was convenient and short distance from airport. Citymall is located right next to the apartment.

Wifi connection was intermittent. There was still construction on the rest of the building during stay.

It has a new design and clean

The host asked people to get in our apartment without permission. He disclosed guest information to outsiders and he allowed trespassers the rented place.
