Alles war perfekt! Wir hatten aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen echt hohe Erwartungen. Und die wurden weit übertroffen. In der Wohnung gab es alles was man brauchte! Mit dem kostenlosen Parkplatz angefangen direkt vor dem Haus, bis zu einer Küchenausstattung vom Feinsten. Das Badezimmer war sogar mit einem Föhn und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Die Betten waren bequem und einen Fernseher gab es ebenfalls. Es gab keinen einzigen Staubkorn und die Wohnung war einfach super liebevoll eingerichtet. Ivan ist einfach der beste Gastgeber, so hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar.

Check in via keybox was very easy, perfect location, clean apartment with everything you need. Host was very kind and the contact with him via Whatsapp very good.

New, modern, there is everything for a comfortable stay

Clean room and adequately furnished. The host is very friendly and arrives to greet you even the room is coded entry. Nice touch.

The host does not allow guest control of thermostat and controls room temperature remotely. Upon arrival, he mentioned he had set the thermostat to 22c and we could text him to have it changed. This is neither practical nor reasonable. Later that night (at 3 am) I felt cold but did not text him at that hour. Thermostat control should be in the hands of those paying for the room. No exceptions. I strongly encourage the host to reconsider this policy. The host only had 1 roll of toilet paper in the room for a 2 day stay with 2 occupants. Guests should neither have to ask for toilet paper nor going shopping for same. Host should be less focused on online ratings and more on making the experience more guest-oriented.

Immaculate apartment, 2 minutes from Lake Como. A beautiful walk down to the centre. Our host, Ivan, was an absolute gent and couldn’t have done more to make our stay exceptional.

We liked our stay very much. Very convenient place, spotless clean, calm nice place. Our host Ivan was very helpful and welcoming. Definitely it will be our choice again when visiting Como Lake again!
