"Relaxing home from home in quiet location"

Loved the pool as it backed onto a small lake with no rear neighbours. Quiet area with mix of residential and vacation properties. Villa was comfortable and had everything you need and was clean. Upstay hosted us and were very easy to communicate with.

No real concerns or dislikes and we would be happy to book again in the future. Carpets in bedrooms are marked in places and some appliances, whilst working, are old.

The rooms - plenty of space.

No instructions. I paid for two days on the hot tub. Thursday and Friday. It never got hot. I am requesting a refund immediately!

The area that it

The sheets was dirty have of that stuff in that house don’t work and it was blood on the floors and sheets what kind of Airbnb house is that and the lady came in look to see if the house was clean and it wasn’t at look the lady who house or Airbnb it’s was took a picture of the trash what her cleaning people left in the yard remind you people trash she left in the yard she took a picture and that it nothing else she got in her car while I’m asking her questions and drove off that so unprofessional honestly

"Very nice and large house, I would stay there again"

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect, 4 houses away from people I was visiting. The playroom was an added bonus.

My code wasn’t working that I was told to use but they responded quickly to give me one that works. It was hard to see the code pad without a flashlight at night. The lanai lights weren’t working and I let them know on day 1 but it was never fixed. I didn’t use the pool.
