WhiskAwayStays - Victoria House - Apartment 4

A comfortable and spacious apartment. Location is in the heart of shopping and dining within walking to historic sites. Wifi works well and tv has all Freeview apps. Window dressings provide blackout which is welcome at this time of year.

Parking is very tight so larger wide cars may find it challenging. The step up into the bath was a bit high for me. There is a lot of noise due to the proximity to the high street but we enjoyed the location.

Apartment was clean and bright. Large double room lovely size, the second double quite small. Living space excellent. Appliances perfect. Great location although was a little noisy but it was a Saturday night and a bank holiday.

2nd double I would say is for one, as if you had 2 people you would have to chamber over each other, also light behind the headboard so had to move it to switch on.

Clean, modern, roomy and comfortable

Very well equipped kitchen, although we did not use it much as we stayed only one night. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of space, windows that can be opened. Location is perfect for the city centre and all that it offeres.

The carpet in the lounge was a bit stained, too many cushions, and lots of plastic plant - can't really see the point (hate them) - the place didn't feel very fresh. Bathroom was fine but putting a hand towel rail next to the toilet is not very good. The hand soap container was dirty.
