Connecting doors to adjacent properties so could hear muffled voices.

Good location for our tour of North Cornwall, warm welcome and one of the best nights sleep I have enjoyed, lovely fresh breakfast in a super surrounding.

Warm welcome, everything we needed for us and our labrador. Really appreciated the enclosed dog field, which we used several times over our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast had a good choice and was tasty. The hostess was able to recommend dog friendly pubs.

Everything about the place was superb. The place was beautiful.. lovely and peaceful and quiet.. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and it was lovely to have a kettle and fridge in the room. Continental breakfast was far better than we expected. We look forward to returning before too long

Only a three small points. The room would have been better if there had been a couple of hooks on which to hang clothes. We just had to drape them over the edge of the bed. The lead for the shower ( in the bath) was so short that the only way it could be used was by sitting or kneeling in the bath tub. A longer lead would be a welcome improvement It would have been better if real coffee ( ie not instant) could have been included in the continental breakfast

Comfy bed, nice breakfast area and outdoor seating

Room a little dark but not too much of an issue
