Dragon Suites - City Centre Castle View 1 Bed Apartment

The apartment is clean and spacious. We can see the castle from the apartment. The location is very close to all the attractions. We really like the apartment.

Climbing up to the apartment is tiring and the street is quite noisy at night.

Location is right at city center. Closed to restos. Walking distance to the castle. Very clean apartment. Well lighted and ventilated.

No elevator. Too much stairs. Apartment at 3rd floor/attic. My daughter injured her ankle while carrying down luggages. Floor at the living room is not leveled. Low Water pressure in the shower.

difficult to get in and get in contact with the staff - the fob for the door doesn’t work untill check in time but I had messaged asking about an earlier check in - no reply & I messaged with difficulty getting into the top door took a while to get a response / call back

The apartment is in a fantastic position. It's within walking distance to the train station and all the sightseeing spots in Edinburgh. It was clean, both the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Overall, it was a great place, and one I would choose to stay in again.

Be prepared for several flights of stairs up to the apartment, but they are worth the climb for the beautiful views out over the city. It's also very noisy at night (we were there on a weekend), but nothing earplugs couldn't fix.

The location was brilliant, right in the centre of everything that we wanted to do.

There was no hot water and there was an unexpected cost of bed linen which wasn't mentioned in the listing (they did kindly give this is us for free after we mentioned that we weren't happy with this).

The 74 stairs up to apartment, earlier check in at 2pm or 3 pm would suit better and later check out of 11 would be preferred if possible
