Staffs are friendly even they are overwhelmed due to Tet with lots of customers

Not a good place to go around if you want to find local shops and not near the center.

Comfortable beds. The infinity pool.

The TV didn't work. There is no cutlery or crockery in the room. There were three people staying and only 2 cups. Towels only changed once. Sheets were dirty. Air con didn't work very well.

The facility was modern and with a nice sea view

The staff needs to improve on customer service, I discovered their only focus is cash, I remembered when. we arrived the guy was in a hurry to receive payment in block S, we were curious and we decided to check the room before making payments. After the payment we checked in and spent two nights there. I was not pleased when Mr Van Si rushed us to check out of the room at 11:45 am. We started feeling uncomfortable and moved out at 11:22 am before our normal check time on booking regulations. The customer service in block D were super nice with information and they helped us to book a bus to Nha Trang. Block S needs to improve on customer care. If you need customer retention then improve on customer service .

Stunning pools and sea views

No visa card, cash only, limited selection of foods to buy as it is far away from city centre.

The complex was part of Mandala resort so the community pool was very pretty. Great view from afar. Our apartment also had its own pool which was a nice touch. Opposite was the beach so it was nice view. The property manager was very responsive and was easy to communicate with whenever we needed something. If you like a quiet and secluded place to stay, then it's value for money.

This apartment is actually not part of hotel side, but privately owned and managed. The whole place was rather secluded and you can't really walk around the streets for anything as there was nothing nearby. Our complex was also super quiet, that it felt very eerie. While we were there, it felt like there was under a dozen occupants in the whole massive building, soo quiet that the reception was not even operating. We were disappointed with the sizing of our 2 bedroom apartment, was much smaller than expected. The bath towels were a little dirty. The pool in our room was yellow when we arrived as no-one has used and was being filled up again for us to use. If you like a place with more life and nearby shops Nd markets etc, then this place is not convenient.
