Our host john was great. Very responsive and helpful. Good air con, beds were good.

Internet kept crashing, it's quite a distance from the main party of town and a decent Cafe or restaurant. No condiments or shampoo. Pool and gym access were difficult and both were not great facilities. I felt it was expensive for what we got. No water upstairs. Toilet downstairs got blocked and often workshop flush. Not the greatest in a hot foreign country.

This property was idea for us. It had everything we wanted and the location was perfect for us. Our hosts were brilliant and so helpful. Will definitely use again.

Water pressure was too low, there was no water on upstairs toilet, toilet downstair is clogged. Shower is just a drip so you need to fill up a tiny bucket to take a bath. Floor is greasy, outside is very dusty

L'appartement était propre. La literie confortable,

L'emplacement, assez loin du centre, Le bruit de la rue. La piscine, l'eau était trouble. Les canalisations de l'appartement sentait mauvais. Et il y avait beaucoup de fourmis.

Nice apartment in a good location. Close to the airport and the SM Mall. Good bed, stove worked well for cooking with a frypan and pot, basic silverware.(could use a flipper, and a pair of scissors) Good air conditioner and a bonus fan. Lots of storage space and a kitchen table and chairs. Shower temperature only got lukewarm and spilt under the curtain.( there is a bucket and mop to clean up) All in all it was still a good location to stay and get to know Puerto Princesa. Thanks for having us.

There are ants so maybe you should leave some ant killer to use when needed.

It’s not a hotel. Aircon is rather noisy.
