I never write reviews on here, but on this occasion, I had to! When entering the building you are welcomed with the smell of damp. The experience then just continues. The apartment is dated. One of the heaters didn’t work. The shower is bad - no power and inconsistent temperature. The kitchen is ill equipped. When booking an apartment, it should be a home from home; this apartment is far from it! All of which could have been tolerated if there had been a tv and functioning WiFi!

The location was fantastic. Perfect for my Xmas do in Uplands. The space was much bigger than I originally thought. Nicely decorated space.

The shower had very little pressure. Bathroom in general could use some TLC. Could not find the Wifi code (if any).

Fantastic, great location and lovely decor

When we arrived the place smelt like smoke, despite it being non smoking, it also smelt rotten so we had to go out and buy air freshener to get rid of the smell. The place was not cleaned at all the carpets had bits, crumbs and black stuff all over it. Hair was all over the sofa, there were flies on the side tables in the bed room and hair aswell, there was wet stains on the floor and we even found a toenail on the floor. It looked as if they hadn’t bothered hoovering, or wiping down any surfaces, or mopped the floors. We tried to get hold of the owners and they weren’t responding we got in touch of booking.com and they couldn’t get ahold of them either. Once they finally contacted us they said they went over to the place and saw no issue with the cleanliness of it.
