The property is in a good breezy location and in a secured compound. The pool is nice although we didn't have a chance to use it. There is water filter with hot and cold water dispenser (but lever is a bit tight). Apartment is spacious, good for 6 adults and importantly, clean. Instructions on how to check-in were clear and simple. Note that the apartment is on the 1st floor and a walk-up apartment/condo. All rooms are air conditioned and there is a very small drying rack at the balcony under the air cond compressor.

The owner is strict on food cooked must be halal and no alcohol allowed and tenants must be family or friends of same gender. This is not made known upfront when booking but only a day before check-in (and I was charged by booking.com by then). Not a problem for us but wish that these rules are made clear upfront. Would have also been nice if the cooking utensils were more complete. We just had simple seafood to steam and some simple stir fry vege for own cooking and had to make do with plastic plates.
