The place lacks feel, the lobby and bar aren't inviting places to be

Older building but still functional: room was clean and serviceable: close to beach, markets and restaurants

the cleaners must to be clean every morning, not afternoon, im just arrived 4pm the cleaners came to knock doors for clean? bed sheets very smelly, no change for new customer no soap in shower room/shower gel all towels very dirty and smells floor very dirty, no sweep, no mop in the corner of the shower room so dirty full of muddy the so high $.153 per room that’s impossible with this condition? I looked for the best high price for the good condition and I think this is VIP ROOM but not, NOVO TURISMO it’s not possible keeping with your price higher I’m give your advice to manage you business if NOVO TURISMO still keeping high price please manage your CLEANERS STAFFS more training SKILLS how to manage all the rooms clean for new customers use I’m as a Timorese customer came to this place as a tourist, like to be SUPORT you and don’t make timor Leste DOWN within your business . the important good attend / service rooms need to be clean make customer happy Luisa Augusto Madeira Li Pin.

the problem is only for the internet, too slow. But maybe for all the hotel in Timor Leste have the same problem.
