Great view, but there where it stops I would not recommend this apartment to anyone Not disclosed that the apartment was on the 4th floor 68 steps no lift, you need to have certain amount of athletic ability to get up and down the stairs, apartment was dirty, shower not clean, Apartment linen was old and yellow, accommodation not sufficient for 4 people, basic requirements like bowls and toaster not provided. Shower was hard to regulate, shower tray did not drain properly. could only use one electrical appliance at a time as the power would go out which meant nothing would work not even the water if you were in the shower, so you had to run up and down 68 steps to turn it back on as it wasn’t tripping at the circuit board in the apartment. The entry of premises is on the busiest street of Giardini Naxos, and although I requested parking when I booked on booking.com and on arrival I asked where we were supposed to park and I was told plenty of parking on the main street as it was low season, Well was that a lot of fun as we always struggled to get a park, and once we got out of the car we had to dodge the traffic to get across the road to the door. The owner manager was contactable on WhatsApp but quite in different to our problems as we asked them to come out due to power outage, firstly they insisted we were causing the problems by using to many appliances at one time, after my persistence that that was not the case, and I wanted it rectified, they said they would send out a technician who came while we were out and took away an appliance that they said was causing the problem, don’t know if it was a technician or not but the power outages persisted. I would like to know how accommodation like this get 8.7 Fabulous Review,

Great sea view and terrace! Very helpful owner. Everything was very nice.

Lovely helpful host who let us book in early and leave our bags when we were leaving. Great selection of wine and snacks.

The flat is spacious and has a lot of light and a nice terase on the upper level

Not clean enough. The check in is too late. The train is very close so it is noisy in the morning.

Amazing place to stay with a group of people. For us the terrace was the highlight of the flat - the view was fascinating! We would def come back again. Love every minute of it. Thank you Donna Sicilia.

We were impressed with the view from the kitchen window and the roof terrace.

The street nearby was too busy and too noisy.

Good location, Naxos is such a nice place, view from the roof top was incredible, apartment had everything it's needed, two bedrooms with en suite beautiful view from the lounge , 2 min walk to the see and all the shops.

Bathrooms were not as clean as I would usually expect.
