El apartamento estaba muy lejos de todo, de supermercado y de paradas de metro y de autobús. Super frío el alojamiento, no había forma de regular la calefacción. El jardín muy dejado, no se pudo salir fuera.

No complaints. One suggestion, though. It would be helpful to have some lamps in the lounge. :)

Very clean apartment with everything we needed, kitchen is fully equiped, location is very convenient - in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to underground station, host is very helpful and respond fast

We had a small issue with one of the beds, but it doesn't change final impression on the apartment

Clean and everything we needed for a family of five staying 10 days in London. Washer & dryer, equipped kitchen, our own real double beds each. The towels were hotel quality. Lots of storage. Parked right outside on the road, safe and easy.

Seriously can't think of anything. We rented a car because we had elderly family and wanted to visit outside areas, but transport is nearby for the more able travellers.
