Casa San Felice in the heart of old town

Fairly central location, short walk from the main attractions. Fairly spacious

- Black mould throughout shower - no hand soap anywhere in the flat - Mouldy/damp smell when windows closed - No bottle of water/coffee/coffee machine/tea/etc at the flat (Most stays these days offer this - not a necessity but nice touch)

Durig our stay there was no hot water and the heating didn't work for definite time. The host sent us youtube video how to repair the gas boiler! and denied to come and repair it by himself, so 30% ot the time we spent in the property it was very cold and without hot water.

Nothing.

I had a terrible experience. First of all I booked this place because they offer 2 beds, but it was not the case, it was only one bed. The quilt was dirty with poop (shit), the plug didn’t work, and when I tried to talk with the owner about this situation he was so rude and left the “new” quilt outside the door (which was dirty too with a horrible smell) When I contacted again with him he said that I need to leave the apartment (al 22h aprox… in which I was with a person of 70 years old) He tried to avoid my feedback on booking by cancelling my staying (booking is aware about this and it’s investigating)

Great location, very peaceful and just few minutes walk from downtown.

Nothing to mention.
