"Clean, warm, comfortable, we enjoyed our stay there."

8.0

Only a few minutes walk away from the Palatine Road entrance to Christy's Hospital. Very comfy bed with a lightweight warm fluffy cloud duvet. Wi Fi and TV worked well and the added extras of biscuits, tea, coffee, cereal, condiments, washing up liquid, shampoo and shower gel were very welcome until we could get to the shops. The apartment kept its heat so we didn't need the heating on very much as we were really warm. The lounge is at the rear overlooking the rear walled garden and we were entertained watching a squirrel running up and down the trees and the antics of a flock of magpies. Also the dedicated car parking space was appreciated as we had noticed cars clamped and ticketed in adjoining roads.

Initially there was a musty smell but it disappeared after we opened the windows for a while. Not a problem for most people, but I'm only 5ft so I couldn't reach the crockery in the wall cupboard but we transferred the things I was going to use to a lower cupboard then it was easy for me.

"Comfortable stay, ideally situated across from Christies Hospital"

8.0

Very close to Christies Hospital. Good size double bedrooms. Clean and warm

The shower could have been more powerful. The floorboards upstairs were quite creeky, so it was a little noisy for us on the ground floor. The lock box with the key to the apartment was quite fiddly.

"A lovely little haven. Sue was very responsive. Close to a great strip of bars and cafes. Metro link"

The property is super clean! Location is within walking distance of the restaurants in Didsbury and there is a local shop at the end of the road, which is great for provisions. Parking was great

It’s an old property. The front walkway was slippery due to leaves. We couldn’t get the heating to work….turned up thermo but still wasn’t warm.

"Comfortable accommodation"

8.0

Very clean, coffee/ biscuit tray, size of bedrooms, extras like washing up liquid and cling film, water in fridge

Outside appearance was a bit scruffy. Smelt a bit musty inside, shower poor, no oven trays to cook anything in the oven, hob took a while to heat up

Smart, clean and very comfortable. Well heated. Useful to have tea, coffee, milk and shampoo etc all provided. Plenty of plates, cutlery and glasses but no wine glasses or corkscrew Only 10 mins walk from great restaurants in West Didsbury. Extremely quiet. We had a great time!!
