Vuodesohva oli todella epämukava ja kadulta kantautui ääniä läpi yön. Lasi seinää ei saanut pimennettyä verhoilla.

Buena ubicación. La atención.

Te compro que no pongas una cama y que sea un sofá cama, pero que esté sucio, lleno de polvo y que acabe dando alergia? pero que además se hunda? que cruja si te mueves? UN SHOW. Y bueno, después tenemos el espectáculo nocturno en el que no se puede dejar el espacio SIN LUZ. Luces de policía, sirenas, borrachos, ruido… no te pierdes nada de la noche madrileña en su peor sentido. Descuidado, muchísimo polvo, con moho negro en el lavabo, puertas descolgadas en la cocina… El alojamiento es un cuadro. Es un trastero hecho “habitación” que ya es mucho decir. Unos muebles negros y un suelo laminado no lo hacen un lugar mejor. No volvería.

La posizione centrale e la pulizia. Bagno molto bello e curato, cucina ampia e comoda.

Il fatto che la porta di ingresso non fosse dotata di chiavi per la chiusura interna. Il divano letto un po’ scomodo.

Generally updated, remodeled, and very clean apartment with almost all necessary amenities provided. Perfect size for 1 person. Nice central location near the heart of Madrid. Good kitchen counter with all the needed items for cooking and a big refrigerator. Strong, well-working Wi-Fi. Clear automatically generated email with check-in instructions, which I received on time without delay both by email and through the Booking.com chat; I followed everything easily and got to the apartment without any issues.

Terrible, actually ZERO, communication with the apartment’s representatives – through Booking.com chat or WhatsApp, I did not get even one single response when I messaged them with questions; I also tried calling a few times, and nobody answered. Very long access code for the apartment (8 symbols), which is hard to memorize. The apartment is not soundproof at all – I could clearly hear all the noises from the street, especially 24/7 super loud sirens from police cars and ambulances; plus, every morning around 8:30 a.m. construction work started right next to the apartment, which woke me up daily and I couldn’t fall back asleep. Even though the windows were frosted, it was still possible to see strong lights through them, like bright car headlights or police/ambulance sirens; during the night the apartment was not completely dark because of outdoor street lights. Awful cheap IKEA sofa-bed that was extremely uncomfortable – my neck and back hurt all the time because the bed frame was thick metal, and the mattress was super thin; plus, there was a gap exactly where the head area is. No real closet in the apartment, only a clothing rack with cheap thin metal hangers they use in laundries. Only cheap shower gel with an awful smell and bad hand soap were provided in the bathroom, and no shampoo at all. Only one small toilet paper roll was given, and because of zero communication I had to buy my own. No small towels provided – only 2 big ones and 1 for feet. No hangers for towels in the bathroom, so I had to hang them on the shower doors.
