Cottage in the City - Historic Charm, Modern Touch

Beds were great! Off street parking was a plus. Cooking was easy as was laundry. Directions were very good. The place was warm and toasty.

Lamps in bedroom didn’t all work. Upstairs neighbors were really loud after hours. Hosts were eager to remedy the situation. No problem after that. Other furniture was a bit funky - some of the kitchen chairs were quite wobbly. Couch and living room chair weren’t that comfortable.

A gem of a place. Beautiful space with such a wonderful restoration of the old brought into the new. It was spacious and clean. I loved that we could do our laundry there as we were on a lengthy trip. Communication was quick and as needed.

The upstairs guests arrived late (10:30pm) So, while I understand that they needed to settle in, the noises (of a usual older house...creeking floors and water running etc) could have been an issue. But thankfully they settled in quickly and we were able to sleep well. Just be aware that you will hear noises from above. But it really was not a huge deal!

Beautiful home, gorgeous wood and quiet neighborhood. Home is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Centrally located, walkable to local eatery/shops, and easy access to freeways to get to anywhere in the Twin Cities. Excellent customer service, immediate Host response for questions or concerns, plenty of off street parking and WIFI/Streaming services.

I'm from warmer climate & house was was too cold for me when we arrived. But it warmed up quickly & there's a electric fireplace for cozy winter nights.

Clean and spacious. Quiet location. Very comfortable mattress. We slept sound.
