The place was exactly as described and as shown in the photos. We liked the accommodation, the host - very helpful, the communication was brilliant and the little details such as the Christmas decoration, the board games, cakes - it made us feel like home. The view from the window is just beautiful. We loved everything even though it was during winter. The drive and the walks around were amazing. Mountains, forest, rivers, waterfalls, a lot to visit if there is time. Will try to come back in spring/summer to enjoy longer walks on warm weather.

There wasn't anything that we did not like. It was a chilly, rainy and cloudy weather but even that didn't make our stay less beautiful. :)

the seating at the table is a bit short and therefore it is not a very comfortable place to sit for any length of time. Had the weather been better we could have sat outside.

Great location for our trip to Zip World and also to Betws y Coed. Hellie was quick to respond and was extremely welcoming to my son and I. Everything that you could possibly need was provided...including milk, butter, homemade bread, board games etc. The added thoughtful touches of homemade cake and cupcakes were definitely well received so thank you very much Hellie for a wonderful stay. My son said he had the best time staying there!

Everything we needed was supplied a variety of cereals and milk, Cake and cup cakes were there too. well presented and plenty of it too. LOVED the fluffy bath robes. The little extras like the the cakes. The bed was FANTASYIC as I suffer with back problems but the following morning I had no back pain, I need to know what the mattress is..!!!! The hosts were helpful in guiding me to the places I wanted to visit.

Everything was fine. Nothing we didn't like. Clean, Modern, well kept. Great views to eat your meals and enjoy a drink. Booking.com want me to keep writing in this column, but I can't because there was nothing wrong. Booking.com need to address this,.
