Location was great and the staff were brilliant.

Not enough sun beds by the pool but once we asked reception they did put lots more out , Bathrooms weren't as clean toilets needed bleach No welcome pack like water ,in the fridge also no spare bin liners and no clothes to wipe surfaces . No mirrors in the bedrooms .

The location is the main selling point as it is near everything that is good about the resort. The terrace area is huge with another dining option.

On a couple of days only, there were remedial works being carried out in a nearby apartment which is no individual’s fault, but a little annoying nonetheless.

Toilet bowl was quite dirty. Bought cleaning product and cleaned it myself. AC….. Machine on balcony was extremely noisy. Problem was addressed very well but afterwards we did not use AC anymore as were fearful that the noise would start up again…

Otima localização e uma rececionista muito simpatica

Reservámos para 4 adultos e uma criança e quando chegamos havia 2 quartos sim para os 4 adultos, mas depois para a criança só havia um sofá pequeno e que nem roupas para fazer cama tinha, tivemos de pedir na receção, o sofá pequeno inclinado e o pior é que o estore da sala onde estava o sofá estava avariado o que fazia com que a criança não conseguisse dormir bem e acordava muito cedo devido á claridade assim que fazia dia. falámos na receção mas ninguem nos disse mais nada. foi a uma parte muito desagradável pois a maior parte das noites tive de dormir eu enrolado no sofá para permitir que o meu filho pudesse dormir melhor.

Staff were very gd particularly one lady who seemed boss😉 very secure clean and gd location

Maybe if I book direct which i was advised it will work out cheaper nxt time
