I really like the location, balcony , bed , and the area .

Pillows were very uncomfortable, boiler produced 4,5 min hot shower so you can’t take proper shower as you would like , washing mashing doesn’t speed properly but in this hot weather everything is quickly dry, not much bin begs .

Small duplex tucked into the corner of a small complex about 15 mins walk from the lighthouse and main restaurant area. Bed was comfortable, good shower, nice little pool in the complex (albeit unheated and quite cold). Quiet area, close to bus stops, free parking. Person that checked us in was very nice.

The apartment is in need of some basic maintenance. Lots of light bulbs not working, handrails loose, blinds not working. It also needed a good spring clean. We reported the maintenance issues but no-one bothered to fix these during our stay. The car park is a disgrace - lots of BIG potholes.

They let me stay 2 hours more on the check-out day

1) I had to wait 40 minutes to get the keys to the apartment. I arrived from the airport and let them know I was there right away, but they told me to text them when I was leaving. I texted them, but the drive took half an hour, and then I stood in the blazing sun for another 40 minutes waiting for someone to bring me the key. The man who brought me the keys looked very suspicious—I felt uncomfortable interacting with him; he didn’t know a single word of English and kept looking away the whole time. 2) At first, I was surprised by the mess on the balcony—there was a sock lying around, a clothes dryer on the floor. 3) Bedroom: the pillows on the bed didn’t look like they did in the photo; they looked terrible, as if someone had already slept on them, and the bedding was wrinkled. The decorative surfaces like artificial flowers, were covered with a thick layer of dust. 4) The worst part happened in the bathroom. As soon as I washed my hands at the sink and started going downstairs, I saw that the entire staircase was flooded. I saw water pouring out from under the bathroom sink, flooding the staircase, which is so narrow and steep. It was very scary, unexpected, and shocking for me because that staircase is unsafe to use when it’s wet—it’s dangerous—so I wiped up all the water myself and didn’t use the sink anymore. The landlord refused to get in touch; they wouldn’t answer the phone when I called to report the problem. I've sent them a video which was clearly shows the leaking and the water on the staircase. I called several times and received only one text message saying they were busy at the moment and would send a colleague over soon to take a look. I replied to that message saying that they needed to fix the leaking pipe immediately, not just look at it. But No one ever replied to my message. I called several more times, but no one answered, so I filed a complaint with booking.
