I love everything! It felt like home! The hosts are very accommodating from booking to our arrival, ensuring that everything is in order. The unit is immaculate and complete with the essentials! Kitchenware are also available if you want to cook instant breakfast with electric kettle for hot coffee & chocolates to suits the cold weather. The bed is comfortable with enough pillows and blankets. The loft type structure is aesthetically awesome which separates the resting space from the daily routine. The receiving has a sofa bed for relaxation with a bonus of LCD which comes with NETFLIX mounted on the wall. The receiving area has a mirror that reaches the ceiling for ease in self-preparation. The unit is equipped with bar table with two high chairs for awesome dinning experience! The shower room is equipped with hot and cold shower which is adjustable to your preference while the toilet has a bidet for ease and flushes perfectly leaving no traces. Perfectly prepared, the bathroom has the toiletries with shampoo and conditioner! Meanwhile, floors are made dry with a mat to avoid slippage! Late night beer session is possible since the unit is equipped with mini fridge for that cold beer! The fridge can also be used to store your leftover foods or excess takeaways from food trip around the city! The location is perfectly located near session road! The Cathedral is walking distant as well as the bus station. We walked from the unit to the bus station where Genesis, Joybus, Solid North are located. SM Baguio can also be reached by walking a few blocks. Above all, our favorite ramen spot-Agara was only a few walks away! Our check out was supposed to be 2pm but the host was gracious enough to extend us till 10pm since our bus was scheduled that time and we check in late (so they offset it). The hosts are very kind and polite! You can reach them for any concerns; they even check on us since it was raining when we were there. This was the best stay I had by far-Mark

The place was comfortable with easy access to places such as Burham park, Session road etc, which made it convenient to visitors. The owner was also very responsive to all concerns and questions asked, as well as very polite and considerate. In addition, the interior was clean and cozy, which made the overall experience pleasantly satisfying. Looking forward to our next booking. We highly recommend👌.

It would be nice if they added another fan in the living room area, so the visitor wouldn't need to open the window for cool air. But other than that, it was an overall comfortable room worth the price.

Close to SM and Cathedral.

It gets warm in the unit 27’C or 80’F per unit thermostat eventhough there is an electric fan first 3 days. After the rain, temp was better. On our 3rd day the water was cut off for 2 hrs due to a pipe problem so it is a lesson to us, collect water in the pail for emergencies. Parking is P300-350/day.

The location was phenomenal! It is right in the center of Baguio city, we just walked when going to Cathedral, Session Rd and Burnham Park.

I’m giving this a high rating because of the convenience we experienced and the place itself + the staff, but the tissue isn’t refilled in the bathroom and there’s no broom. Also, we booked for 3 people, only 2 can fit the loft and the other 1 in the sofa downstairs, but if was uncomfortable to sleep on.

Cozy and clean

Could do with an electric fan on the mezzanine bedroom. As it was a bit too warm up there

The loft bed.. Modern. Lots of space. Clean. With appliances, cooking, dining provisions. Strong wifi signal. Very accommodating host (replies quickly to inquiries) .
