Il centro di Ostia (apartment)

Décor de bon goût, l'hôte très préoccupé pour notre arrivée car système automatique de portes. Carafe d'eau filtrée dans le frigo, attention sympathique. Climatisation que nous n'avons pas utilisée, mais appréciable en été certainement. Supplément de serviettes pour la plage.

Un peu de bruit de la circulation, nous avons fermé les fenêtres.

Overall, the apartment is excellent — very easy to access, extremely comfortable, and communication with the host was seamless. He was always available and responsive.

If you’re walking like we did to Metromare (towards Rome), the Stella Polare and Lido Centro stations are about 900 meters from the apartment, which can feel quite far in the hot weather. (The buses are not very reliable — we waited for them three times and they never arrived.)

Good location, close to the beach and railway station. Train connection from Ostia to Rome is part of Rome’s metropolitan trasport system, so it’s possible to go to Rome by train from Ostia, using metro ticket. Nice bakery and restaurants nearby.

By description on Booking.com states there is dish-washing mashine, but it was broken. Overall, appartment appreciates better maitenance. Not sufficient amount of dishes and cutlery. But it was nice stay with minor issues.

The apartment was very nice and clean .the kitchen was fully equpped . The check in is super easy. The host is very kind and helpful.

The rating is not real. The apartment is on 3rd floor and you are not allowed to use the elevator 😑 The bad sheets have not been changed and there is hair from the previous one Unfortunately Booking 😕 has not solved the problem 😕 😑
