only 5 beds ,it said 6 , then was altered to five later on , six of us. but host Pippa supplied air bed . garden shed storage for spare linens was leaking and delapidated , dishwasher needed replacement, shed required two sticks dynamite.

The size was very good for a family with teens and location was excellent for access to Bristol city, restaurants on North Rd., and surrounding environment to Stonehenge, Bath, Cheddar Gorge, and many other places. Check in process was easy!

The facilities did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. Examples were a stain on the sheets of one bed, cutlery that had food bits and stains on them, paper towel holder with a crusty top of unknown substance, a hot water kettle with standing water in it when we arrived, and some trash in a kitchen cupboard. There also was an odor on the first floor and when we arrived we found the dishwasher was not working. We had not been informed of this prior to our arrival. While the property manager offered to have the items cleaned and wanted to arrange a time for the dishwasher to be repaired, these should not be guest responsibilities during a vacation. At a minimum, the house should be thoroughly cleaned. We had no confidence anything in the kitchen had been cleaned just by the fact that the water kettle had not been touched. Please, attention to detail is important to make guests feel confident in cleanliness.

The location was great for our team as we had work in BS1 & BS8.

Plenty of room for our family of 8. The high chair and child table and chair were useful. The children enjoyed playing in the garden and it was nice to have a patio table and chairs for outside dining. There’s a well stocked corner shop just a few minutes walk away as well as bus stops and train station. Quiet area, a few minutes walk up on to the common for a beautiful sunset.

Excellent location for Parson St train station into the city centre. Well equipped, very comfortable house, great to have parking on site. Enjoyed our stay enormously.

We had a great time in Pippa & Liz house. Some kitchen equipments, which were missing, were replaced from Pippa immediately👍. Everything was comfortable and clean.

The garden could be in a better condition.

We loved the house, it was clean and comfortable and the attention to detail is what made it, all the added extras like toilet roll, washing up liquid, soap and shampoo and conditioner just made it extra special

Only one thing we would of liked was a table in the garden too sit at but the weather has been awful so maybe it was still in the shed
