Modern & Nice Apartment. Old town. Private parking

Such a well located apartment with everything you need. Very comfortable and clean. We were met by agent Roro who could not have been more helpful guided us to the parking spot and into the apartment also.

Nothing really but some coffee pods for the machine would have been handy,

The meet and greet at the property by Rodrigo was excellent, on time and very helpful including help with parking. Location was excellent all sites and attraction’s within walking distance

Suggestion for improvement would be to provide a few coffee pods for the coffee machine and also a few tea bags. This would not be expensive but very convenient for the guests

Small compact but no complaints, suited two couples

Rodrigo was a most excellent host. He had a private parking spot next door for us to use. He met us initially and was so friendly, and then guided us to the parking space and helped us park as the spot would be a bit tricky to park in otherwise. We could have managed on our own, but Rodrigo's assistance made it so much easier. He was a delight. The apartment was so nice and comfortable and in an ideal location. A great value with high quality. It's in Sevilla's old town but not too far in so easier to drive in and out of as compared to some other locations in the old town. Highly recommend!!

Central Location Private Car Park Space Two Bathrooms

The location of the apartment is perfect (in the centre, near the bus station), the hosts are super nice and they welcomed us by the front door. Two bathrooms are super convenient and the apartment is nice and spacious.

The apartment was not very clean.

Fantastic apartment, very central. Great communication with the owner. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
