This little motel in the Ben Tre are was a low cost gem with many good features. Let's dig into it : The owner and staff were kind and always deeply accomodating. They provided an unexpensive laundry service that was quick and never overcharged anythingl else either. The bike rental - a low price for a very good bike - was very convenient to explore the green and lush coconut groves along the small roads near the hotel. The location can seem loud at first as it is near the main highway leading to Ben Tre, but it is a neighborhood so close to nature, so deeply welcoming, where everybody knows their neighbor, that the proximity to the road is actually a positive. It makes up for a lively neighborhood life COMBINED with an unmatched proximity to quiet nature, river and jungle spots, by motorbike, bycicle, or even on foot. All the food options in the immediate surroundings are delicious and very unexpensive. Everyone is so nice there that I stayed a month instead of a week. Proximity to central Ben Tre is convenient, about a 12 minutes Grab bike ride ! Again : The staff and owner are beyond kind and Helpful. I truly look forward to stay there again ! Thank you for everyhting.

Like many budget options in south vietnam particularly in Saigon and the Mekong Delta the only negative thing was the room layout, which, although comfortable, had no window whatsoever. It can be oppressive to never know if its day or night. For short stays it won't matter much, but when staying a month it becomes a problem not to be able to spend much tiime in the room without slight claustrophobia, Some people will care more than others. I could live with it, but I still noticing that it stressed me out. Bathroom and shower would gain to be renovated. Otherwise; all good. Very little to complain about regarding this motel.

Cheap but remember the check in time is 5pm. Room is clean.

The air conditioner is old, has poor cooling performance, and is very noisy. The room only has cold water, no hot water.

L’hôtel n’est pas loin de la gare : 20min à pied. C'est pas idéal comme chemin mais ça ce fait facilement. Personne ne parle anglais mais ils sont volontaire pour faire en sorte qu’on se comprennent.

La chambre n’a pas de fenêtre, pas d’eau chaude et il pas d’espace commun ou d’espace pour s'asseoir dans l’hôtel.
