Vital Thermal Hotel & SPA

Everything was great!

The room was spacious. The hotel is very clean. The spa, massage, and Turkish bath were great!

The lunch (inclusive) lacked variety and was not that good.

Staff (especially room cleaning staff and all other general area cleaning staff were wonderful, also Fulya in Spa area, Ugur and Aysegul in breakfast/dinner area), hotel's location, facilities and cleanliness. Spa area (thermal pool, sauna and hamam at floor -1 were wonderful, fresh and clean always). Live music during dinner was lovely which unfortunately was only for first 2 days of our stay. Free 1.5lt water per day left at the room and free water at breakfast and dinner. Supermarkets and organic bazaar nearby hotel, 5-10 minute walk. Wifi was good only in the room and by reception, unfortunately very weak by sitting area by the pool or just outside reception.

We would have liked a safe in the room and lockers in spa area. Non were available, although no theft or similar happened you dont want to carry around your belongings. There were literally 500+ tv channels, local and national plus few arabic/religious channels available on tv but no other international (news, film or music) channels. Food was very tasty and good selection for a few days until hotel became full. Then strangely food options and portions for breakfast and dinner became limited. It was obvious that same side dishes or mains from the day before (dinner) were redesigned, recooked and served as a new dish during next day's dinner. No fruits were served at breakfast or dinner, which was a disappointment. We would have really liked some simple fruits for breakfast and dinner. No yoghurt, no healthy cereals (available cereals were all sugar coated or chocolate coated), no honey for breakfast. And coffee was not good at all because of the machine. Wifi was weak outside reception area. Staff was fantastic, they did their best always. Really appreciate especially cleaning staff.

The thermal pools were very relaxing and staff were friendly. Great location and large variety of options for breakfast.

The wifi wasn’t working very well. Worth noting that the dinner consisted of mainly meat so as a vegetarian there were fewer options.
