Historic Revival King Bed Liberty Bowl Memphis 893

It was great to have a cottage to myself and my little dog. Very cute remodel. I especially liked having a washer/dryer as I was in the middle of a cross country move.

Some items not in good repair, such as a broken lampshade on the ceiling fan in the bedroom. Front door handle dangling from it's place. I especially did not appreciate the long list of housekeeping tasks posted on the kitchen door. At least a half hour of to-do's including a request to start laundry with no detergent. Coffee maker in dire need of decalcifying. Neighborhood feels "low-rent", but not unsafe. As an AirBnB Superhost, I never asked my guests to do cleaning on top of their cleaning fee.

Decent sized space, and good option for parking.

Read the listing (I didn't) and it is a historic 1950's property - with everything as it would have been more or less in the 1950's (no Wi-Fi). It also isn't close to he centre of town, but that was my fault for research

Everything was to expectations.

Found some glass I stepped on in the bedroom. From broken light shade above the bed. And 2 light bulbs out. Beer caps under the couch. The blinds missing a blade in the bathroom can see right in.

We enjoyed the location and how close it was to different restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful as well!

This place is awesome. I fell in love with the place I tried to extend my stay! The bed was super comfy, and the shower was hot. The location was excellent, right in front of the Liberty Bowl. The lights of the Liberty Bowl at night are amazing. Great host & I would recommend this stay.
