24k Luxury apartment near the beach

Clean property in a very safe and clean neighbourhood. Lots of parking available on the street nearby and walking distance to restaurants, supermarket and beaches.

Everything was great, but small details, we had to purchase clothes hangers and we would have liked to have a curtains for privacy indoors.

L’emplacement idéal pour rejoindre le centre ville à pieds où il y a de bons restaurants. Des plages à proximité à pieds mais aussi des criques à dix minutes en voitures. La terrasse, la présence d’une machine à laver le linge est un confort supplémentaire. L Appartement est aménagé avec bon goût.

Le manque de certains ustensiles de cuisine qui serait et les chaises de la terrasse qui ne sont pas très confortables. Cette terrasse mériterait deux bons sièges fauteuils !

El apartamento es lindo y de buena calidad, tranquilo. Para una pareja o persona sola. La comunicación fue buena. Internet bien . Es una zona bella para recorrer la costa y disfrutar el mar .

Como oportunidad de mejora, Algunos accesorios, como perchas para la ropa, los elementos de cocina son de buena calidad, se podrían completar con algunos mas , sarten ,ensaladera , rayador, colador....etc. Los veladores estan para reparar. Pequeños detalles que hacen sentirnos tenidos en cuenta. Por la ubicación, tener en consideración,la necesidad de movilidad, si bien el transporte público es bueno, los tiempos hay que tenerlos en cuenta. La Acropolis está a 20 kms , dependiendo el horario, minimo una hora en transporte público.

Very pleasant accommodation. Tastefully furnished with a large terrace in a street full of greenery. I am very satisfied, I will look for him first when I come to Athens next time.

Very clean and convenient, excellent location

Appartment is pretty new, good location, easy access, convenient bed. Most of the time u can find parking space nearby. Host responds quickly both via booking and whatsapp. I locked keys inside appt accidentally. Host provided assistance and new keys just within several hours, special thanks for that.

It would be recommended to: - add some cutlery and cookware (like knifes, pans, etc); - make slight repairs (toilet door not closing properly, some bins broken) - provide curtains and sunblind/marquize
