Úti í Kina

This is a great place to stay! We enjoyed a four days stay at the Uti i Kina and we really liked it. It was nice, cozy, clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The communication also worked very well. We would definately recommend this place!

Really cosy apartment, beautifully laid out and decorated. Felt like a lovely home away from home. The seating area out the back is a nice touch - if only it hadn't rained so much!

It was great staying at the apartment which had everything needed for a comfy stay. There's a big terrace and windows and equipped kitchen, clean bathroom with a washing machine. The host is very friendly and helpful with everything you might need. The grocery stores are within 10 min walk, and the center is also close enough. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The location is perfect - it's quiet and in walking distance from the city centre and grocery store. The apartment is spacious and beautifully decorated, we instantly felt at home and enjoyed our time here. There was enough storage in the bedroom and everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare a meal. Great coffee making options. The host is very kind and communication with her is quick and easy.

We did not get much rest at night as the bed was smaller than we are used to and I could hear noise from upstairs in the morning (I used earplugs the next night and had no problem then).

Although this property is in the lower level of a family home, we felt like we had total privacy. The location is fabulous. We could walk into Torshavn in about 10 minutes and the grocery store up the road in about 7 minutes. The outlook onto the deck and garden is beautiful. We loved having the two bedrooms and a washing machine was super handy as we'd been on the road for nearly two weeks when we arrived. We settled in, cooked several meals at home as the kitchen we very well equipped, and had a lovely stay. Sunrid was a wonderful host, very helpful with advice on anything you needed and responsive to messages.

A fantastic apartment - it is very well located and there is everything you need. The washing machine is a godsend and the host was superb. Would happily stay there again.
