The location and food

Hot water was not available in wash basin. Only youtube channels were available in TV.

"Linen was not clean"

Location: walking distance from the Calvary view point. They also offer customized treks to areas in Idduki.

The bed linen was not clean. The staff claimed that it was fresh linen. They outsource the laundry service and I think they do not segregate while washing, so there was little hairs and weird dirt particles stuck on bedsheets. The staff claimed that the sheets were new, even when they sent more fresh linen to us, that had a spider in it, we went and kept it back at the reception. Either they need to invest more in linen and buy better linen so that these dort particles don't stick to the linen in the laundry or they need to start in house laundry.
