Such a great hotel! The room was big, comfy, great view of the mountains. The breakfast was really good, and the spa area was nice as well. There is a free and comfy parking place.

Note- the place is outside san candido so there was only 1-2 places to eat but they were really nice.

We had a lovely stay at JOAS. The room was a really good size and the balcony had great views of the mountains. Everything was very clean and tidy all around the hotel. The spa area is perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. The breakfast was fabulous with lots to choose from. We also loved the Aperol Spritz!

"The best stay in our Italian sojourn!"

What a place! Breathtaking views from the balcony. We didn’t want to leave! Wonderfully located if you have a car and want to hike around the area located in and around Cortina. We went for several hikes, including the Cadini di Misurina (which had gorgeous views of the Tre Cime). We traveled in first week of June and there was still a lot of snow and our family of three (including a 9 year old) had a great time. The stay at Joas and the hikes in the Dolomites were the highlight of our 15 day stay in Italy and Switzerland. The town of San Candido, a 8 min drive from the hotel, is a wonderful place for dinners. We had dinner once in a local restaurant recommended by Joas staff but were not very happy with the meal. If you want to savor local, rustic, no frills cuisine, would highly recommend Weisthaler restaurant in San candido where we ended up going twice during our stay.

The bathroom was very small, opening the shower door led to the door hitting the sink.

Sorrounding nature, breakfast, parking and staff.

Varaties of pillow option could be made available like hard/big etc would improve sleep quality. Providing a fridge would be nice to have and AC for summer stays is a must i guess
