Noise and Room Disturbance Noisy Dog in the room above us from the with children running back and forth in room stomping On floor We could not sleep We had to get another room and that was an unpleasant experience

Everything was fine, but the elevator was broken except when I first checked in.

Manager handled our issue ok

BED BUGS bit my allergic-to-biting-insects daughter literally from head to toe. Whole building smelled like cigarette and marijuana smoke, and it kept coming in our bayhroom somehow then wafted out into the rest of the room. Elevator was broken. Room was dirty. Refrigerator was moldy and a shelf was broken. Breakfast was a joke (cold cereal, white bread to toast, waffles, coffee, juice, not even fruit or water to drink unless you want to buy it from the vending machine). Need I go on?

The staff were nice.

We were greeted with roaches.

Nothing would like my money back didn’t sleep well roaches everywhere

Hotel needs updated help. Burn marks on the bedding, refrigerator didn't work. Wall mount plate broken, toilet cover not the right one for the toilet. Remote control didn't work. Most of all bugs
