There was nothing to like as the hotel did not provide me with accommodation

It was very pathetic to state that when I booked the hotel in advance the hotel staff told that your booking has been confirmed and you can stay in our hotel on the date for which I booked, but when I contacted the hotel on the date of check-in , the hotel staff told that your room has been to alloted to someone else and we can not accommodate you

"Owner should work on attitude but staff were very nice."

The owner of the property was very rude. Give us unnecessary pressure and being over smart. The way of talking was very very unprofessional. The staff of the hotel were good and nice. Room condition was also good.
