Kuburno House - Spacious - close to the beach apartment

We were so delighted with our stay. The accommodation is ideally located near the port, between the beach and one of the main roads. There are loads of shops, restaurants and bars really close. While there was a self check in, and we were arriving really late, Andreas was there to greet us and show us around. The accommodation has two spacious bedrooms,both have a TV, Aircon and patio doors out onto separate wee terraces, that both have a table and two seats. The kitchen is great, well equipped and roomy, as well as a door out to a yard with a clothes line There is a hairdryer, iron and ironing board also, as well as a spare bed in the hallway, that turns into a double, if needed. Andreas is an absolute gentleman but it was still a surprise that he allowed us a late checkout when he became aware that we had a late flight and he had no one arriving until the next day. It was lovely to get to have a shower before leaving for the airport. The apartment is in a small development, only two stories and it has the whole of one side, west facing, so gets great sun for nearly all of the day. Andreas aunt lives there also and the place has a super safe feeling, on an island that already is so safe. Come to Kos, you will love it, especially if you stay in this wonderful and exceptionally located apartment. Thank you Andreas for everything, it really was a pleasure to be there.

A bedside lamp would have been nice.

The comfortable,clean and spacious apartment , perfect location, Andreas was amazing,kind and friendly host, every room had A/C, mosquito nets on the windows, well equipped kitchen, soft and clean towels and bed linens,fast wi fi

Although the bathroom was narrow, it did not bother us, but the shower cabin and a toilet bowl should be definitely replaced with new ones🙃.In spite of these minor remarks,I would be back

Andreas and his family are very kind and helpful. Location is perfect. It's near the beach, also very silent all the day. House is large enough for six person.

Shower is a little bit small.

The house is in a very central location.very clean.the owner Andreas is very helpful,he tried to be very supportive.the house is very close to the ferry,Kös center,cafes,bars and beaches.Kös was empty because we went in November.we stayed for 4 days.but we could reach the cafes and bars on foot.we especially thank you for your support and the cleanliness of the house.

A very simple and clean apartment on the edge of town. Andreas is a fantastic host and looked after us well. We hired a scooter for the last few days and visited the thermal pools and a few other places that Andreas suggested.

Right distance between the beach, city center and good food places and bars! Lovely yard in the shade too :)
