Medina - Luxury suite apt. Madrid center

Non so da dove iniziare . Sono arrivato davanti la porta e non si apriva , mi hanno fatto provare con diverse soluzioni ma nessuno ha avuto effetto . Da lì ho dovuto aspettare una signora che è venuta 6h dopo l’orario previsto per il mio check in . Una volta entrati la stanza prenotata x3 era x2 (nonostante avessi pagato x3) ho contattato la struttura per ricevere un letto in più e degli asciugamani ma non mi sono MAI stati portati. PESSIMI

The property is in a lovely residential part of the city in a large apartment building. The whole building is well maintained. The apartment is an ideal size for a long weekend, nicely furnished and with everything you would need for cooking and dining, if you were to stay in. There is a huge television in the living room and a good sized television in the bedroom too. The welcome tray is a nice touch.

Unfortunately the level of cleanliness in the apartment was a bit patchy. The bathroom was spotless but the bedding didn’t seem very fresh and there were some stains in the kitchen. It would also make the apartment seem genuinely “luxury” if the hosts standardised the toiletries. There were lots of random things on the bathroom counter obviously bought or left by previous guests, e.g. there was nappy cream but no hand soap. This is a small thing but it felt a little bit like staying in someone else’s apartment, rather than a holiday rental.

We loved the layout

We didnt like the shower glass as alot of water got on the floor and there was nothing we could do about it

No breakfast but great location.

Weekdays water took almost ten minutes to heat up because of low water pressure. We had to buy additional toilet paper. Otherwise, well furnished and quite roomy and comfortable.

La ubicación, la tranquilidad del edificio, cama cómoda, facilidad de acceso con llave electrónica.

Cocina y baño pequeños, la cocina con demasiadas cosas que no se utilizan, ocupando el poco sitio disponible. Pack de bienvenida con amenities, que ofrecen, aunque nosotros no los vimos por ningún sitio.
