Home from Home 5 bedroom villa

Three full restrooms, two rooms with a restroom. Very convenient.

The house was wonderful, located in a quiet neighbourhood just about 8 minutes from the shops and about 20-30 minutes from Disney parks. The pool is a bonus, and the kids enjoy it. There is also an extra room, labelled "the relax room" by my children, bringing the total number of bedrooms to six rather than five, which will be very useful and comfortable for larger groups.

The code for the door and wifi provided was incorrect, and we did not have data, so we struggled to contact the host at first. Fortunately, the Apple imessage worked and connected with the caretaker, who then contacted the host. Both are extremely helpful. We were outside in the heat for about 30 minutes, and when we got inside, the villa was extremely hot because the air conditioning was turned off. To improve the guest experience, I believe it would be very nice to have a welcome pack containing a variety of items to welcome guests. It could be a combination of necessities, special snacks, or simply a complimentary water while guests adjust to their surroundings before going to the grocery store. Also, if the air conditioning can be turned on before arrival, guests will feel more at ease and relaxed, especially if they are arriving after a long flight or drive.

Spacious and good location. The host is extremely helpful & friendly. Nice pool and facilities. Comfortable and looked after.

Few slight minimal issues with maintenance. A dishcloth & basic amenities would be welcome for a late arrivals like ours.

This place was amazing! Huge Villa perfectly located and with every amenity you could need and even some you didn't know you needed! There was a wee issue with accessing the villa but a quick message to the Villa Cleaner / agent and we were inside in no time, my daughter left her rings there and she is even going to post them out to me what a gem! The owner was super responsive on messages and helpful really lovely. The pool area is well equipped and lovely, very private which is nice when you have kids jumping around. For me a huge highlight is the fabby washer dryer :) sad I know but honestly 2 hours and all washed / dried leaving you to continue with your holiday. The TV's are all smart TV's, furniture lovely and comfy, the bed is like sleeping on clouds and lots of stuff to get you started (washing tablets, soap, clothes washing stuff, coffee) I would 100% go back and highly recommend this villa well priced, well located and well stocked what more can you want

I loved everything about this home! Rachel and her communication was amazing, close to a lot of shopping malls. Walmart is only about 10 minutes away which was convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet and all the neighbors were very friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was so much space for everyone to lounge around in our free time. Definitely would recommend. I personally can not wait to book again!!
