Location was Good

Service was not good. The main door had some issues and the key would not work properly. I had to call the owner multiple times. She said someone is coming to help but the person didn't show up for half an hour. Till I called her back she didn't call back with any updates. Also, the apartment was not cleaned when we reached (at 715 PM), even though the check in time was 3 PM. We had to wait for 20 minutes outside the apartment for it to be cleaned.
