No estaba limpio, no había jabón, falta de mobiliario en las habitaciones, el sofá cama estaba sucio y deformado...

Location was fine. Close to shops, middle of La Latina neighborhood.

This has been, without question, the worst experience I have had using Booking.com. We arrived in Madrid early and reached out to the property to request an early check-in. They accommodated that request, which, unfortunately, turned out to be the only positive part of our entire stay. From that point on, communication with the property was extremely poor. Messages were answered slowly, if at all, and most of the time, our questions were not properly addressed. We had specifically reserved a baby crib in advance, but when it was provided, it came with no sheets or blanket, only adult-sized towels. When we asked them to bring proper bedding for the crib, they falsely claimed they already had. As a result, our daughter had to sleep with us, which led to a very uncomfortable night for her and for us. If a property confirms they can provide a crib, it should be functional and properly prepared. Moreover, if they promote themselves as “family-friendly,” they should actually meet basic expectations for families traveling with children. The condition of the apartment itself was completely unacceptable. The walls were heavily damaged, the couch was stained, rippeed and looked like it had been taken off the street. Cleaning supplies were scattered throughout the space, and despite their presence, the apartment did not appear to have been cleaned properly. Although the listing advertised coffee machines, they did not provide coffee. I initially chose not to write this complaint, but after addressing these concerns directly with the property, I was shocked by their response. Rather than offering an apology, they spoke to me in an incredibly disrespectful tone, even going so far as to insult me personally and claim they “know what kind of person I am.” On your website, this property is listed at over €200 per night and depicted as clean, modern, and family-friendly. In reality, it was dirty, smelled terrible, and bore little resemblance to the photos.

Estaba sucio y eso que lo estaban limpiando. Nordico con manchas de no haberlo lavado. Sofá con manchas. Campana extractora sin salida, por lo que al cocinar, se llenó todo de humo (y el detector de humo no saltó). El personal no contestó a ninguna llamada durante la estancia para trasladar las quejas (solo el primer dia para la entrada al alojamiento y el ultimo dia para dejar reseña).

Beautiful apartment in a great location

Only 1 bath towel provided and a bath mat but would be much better if there was also a hand towel for each bathroom. There was only hand soap in one of the bathrooms, you don't expect to have to provide this for yourself. There was a bin in only one of the bathrooms and the bathroom off the lounge did not lock or stay closed. No dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid provided, guests should not be expected to buy these things. WiFi signal is poor in both bedrooms and would benefit from an extender. The apartment would benefit from a deep clean, walls and sofa are a bit grubby. We would stay again, its good but it could be excellent with the above points improved. It's just the little extra touches that would elevate it to excellent.

Es un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo. Amplió y tiene varios comercios alrededor Es zona verde para aparcar y tienes parking a un par de calles El lugar es moderno, cómodo, bonito Tiene un aire acondicionado central así que el piso está fresco Todo el día La verdad es que me a encantado. La amabilidad del propietario. Me gusto mucho que habían cosas de aseo, también había sal, azúcar .

La pared de la habitación principal Está muy sucia, sé que por ser blanco y ser un piso elegante es complicado , pero sería una buena opción pintar la habitación de otro color o usar una pintura blanca que puedas lavar (esmalte) El microondas no funcionó Y el extractor de la cocina no tiene salida de humo , así que todo el olor y el humo queda en casa .
