Appartamento 39

Appartamento carino, nulla da dire. Dotato di tutto il necessario, cucina attrezzata e cialde caffè offerte all'arrivo. Decisamente soddisfatto dalla casa in sé e dall'accoglienza dei proprietari, nulla da dire. Posizione strategica per il parco (meraviglioso) Sicurtà e anche per la Ciclovia del Mincio che sta a 800mt circa raggiungendo il vicinissimo Borghetto.

Ascensore rotto (non è quindi colpa dei proprietari, per carità), ci sono 2 ripide rampe di scale. Con bambino e bagagli non è stato proprio comodissimo. Diciamo che forse il palazzo avrebbe bisogno di qualche piccolo "aggiustamento", qualche lavoro di ripulitura su scale e locali condominiali di comune accesso che non erano proprio curatissimi ecco.

Sehr netter Empfang, schöne geräumige Wohnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich nebenan. Wir sind mit Hund angereist.

Weingläser hätte ich mir gewünscht, der Wein aus dem Wasserglas war aber auch sehr gut 😀

L'accueuil de la propriétaire, la climatisation, le sèche-cheveux, l'espace dans l'appartement, la situation géographique pour visiter et randonner autour du lac de Garde et pour visiter à pied depuis l'appartementle fameux village de Borghetto oule parc de Sigurtà . Le parking gratuit au pied de la résidence ainsi que le supermarché à deux pas. ( à noter qu'il y a des escaliers à monter, deux étages)

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de lave linge et lave-vaisselle et surtout pas une seule épice ni sel ni poivre pour dépanner. J'ai dû en acheter alors quand on doit préparer les repas c'est le minimum. Le lit double avait un matelas vraiment trop dur à mon goût.

The apartment was large, comfortable and clean for hosting a family with two kids and even more. The apartment contains two bedrooms, a living room and a nice kitchen which contained all we needed for cooking dinners. We stayed in the apartment for 5 nights. The apartment was fully renovated in March 2024 and maintained as new since then. The host was kind and willing to assist us with all we required.

The apartment was located on the second floor above a supermarket which reminded us of an old student’s dormitory. The building complex doesn’t contain a working elevator, which was a bit difficult to handle with the suitcases.
