Lava and Sea - Private pool, BBQ and amazing sea views By Lanzarote Vacation Homes

Die höhere Lage mit Blick über Playa Blanca war toll. Man schaut direkt über die Dächer der Häuser auf die Bucht. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Man kann direkt vor dem Haus parken. Wir waren zu zweit im Haus, das Platz genug für 6 Personen bietet. Auch der Pool, der über die ganze Hausbreite geht ist super und wird, je nach Wetter 1-2 mal pro Woche gereinigt. Wenn man, wie wir zwei Wochen vor Ort ist, werden nach einer Woche Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt. Man kann aber auch selber alles in der Waschmaschine waschen. Sehr gut hat uns auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur gefallen, die immer ansprechbar war und auch bei kleinen Anliegen sehr schnell reagiert hat. Für den ersten Durst befanden sich zwei Flaschen stilles Wasser im Kühlschrank. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (Messer, Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Gerätschaften, etc.)

Das Haus ist etwas abgewohnt und das ist sehr schade. Mit wenig Aufwand könnte es richtig toll aussehen. Die Matratze z. B. im Schlafzimmer vorne am Pool, müsste dringend gewechselt werden. Es sind sehr seltsame Flecken darauf. Zudem ist sie recht durchgelegen. Auch die Sofas mit den Überwürfen, sind leider keine Augenweide. Ein paar Verbrauchsartikel, wie Gewürze, Öl, Kaffeekapseln oder Reinigungsmittel zum Start wären wünschenswert gewesen. Auch die Liegen am Pool und die Auflagen könnten ausgetauscht werden.

Objekat je na top lokaciji

S obzirom da smo kuću rezervirali za osam osoba a dočekalo nas je spremnih šest kreveta, sami smo morali pripremiti krevete za preostale dvije osobe a posteljina je nažalost bila neuredna, ustajala i prljava. Manje od 48h prije našeg polaska javljeno nam je da bazen nije moguće koristiti tijekom našeg boravka, za šta jesmo našli kompromis tj. dio uplaćenih sredstava nam je vraćen, to je rezultiralo time da imamo premalo vremena da si nađemo adekvatan drugi smještaj s bazenom u funkciji. Po dolasku smo bili prinuđeni kontaktirati ih i zamoliti za uslugu čišćenja zbog nereda u kupaoni kojeg smo zatekli, što su nam udovoljili tek drugi dan. Razumijemo da se takve stvari dešavaju nekad nepredviđeno, ali smatramo da objekt nije pregledan netom prije našeg dolaska. WI-FI nam čak i nakon izlaska operatera na teren nije bio u funkciji. Žao nam je zbog neugodnih situacija koje smo prošli u ovom smještaju zbog nedovoljne organizacije vlasnika, jer sama lokacija objekta je idealna i ima mnogo potencijala.

Only airconditioning in one bedroom and there is a €1 coin meter to use it! Ridiculous! Never seen that before in any of the many Villas I’ve stayed in during all my years of travelling. Very uncomfortable at night. The Owner must be a Scrooge.

Suss impresionantes vistas, la ubicación, la limpieza, su distribución para 6 pax. La amabilidad del personal que gestiona la casa.

Le faltaba un poquito de mantenimento, las camas de todas las habitaciones no són comodas. No se puede abrir la puerta de la cocina que da acceso a la terraza pq no hay llave, lo que se hace incòmodo tener que salir por el comedor. Las colchonetas de las hamacas de la piscina estan demasiado viejas, però todo esto con un poco de inversión es solucionable.

We liked the view, the location and felt that the villa was very well equipped. The team were also extremely quick to respond to issues, and resolve them.

The pool was chilly despite paying for it to be heated, and the cover was damaged - probably partially why the heat was not retained properly. We also found a cockroach in one of the bathrooms, lost power one day, many of the lights were not working, there was mould around the window in one of the bathrooms and the villa is generally tired (inside and out) - needing a good lick of paint and an update to some of the furniture and furnishings. Overall, we had a pleasant stay but do not feel it was good value for money and felt 'catfished' by the photos, which must be years old.

The view was amazing. The heated pool was very nice, someone came to clean it every few days. Each room had its own bathroom. Everything worked as expected and the experience was smooth

Loved this place! Gorgeous place with great pool & views! The staff were on call 24/7. Would def’ return
