Excellent property. As the space was well managed. The shower in the masters bedroom can be a lot better than it is. Although you can hear any single footstep of people walking around as the property is completely wooden. However, it was a good value for money as it was clean, comfortable and it has really good appliances in the house . Lots of plates and cups , microwave and a good freezer. One thing I don’t like is the environment around of the house it was so dirty as there was trash spread across the entrance door. But At the end of the day it did the job as it was my last resort for my graduation as every other house was booked. It’s a good property overall if you ask me I would say 6/10 .

It was a good size space- staff was helpful- great location

The showers were extremely challenging- the water ran hot or cold nothing in between- there were no instructions on how to turn on the heater for the shower There was no coffee machines

Great house, spacious, light, very clean, modern. Lovely open plan kitchen, living and dining room. Fab place to catch up with family and friends. Great tv. Kitchen equipped in large fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave. We had a great time. Well recommended.

Not sure about all the beds but the room we stayed in the matracce was uncomfortable and very soft. Furniture in some of the places was well used and was falling apart or had missing parts. Could do with side lamp and fan as it was quite warm in rooms. And there were some little things missing like tea towels in the kitchen, (some of us liked to keep the dishes clean), terrible quality of frying pans.

The property is located at a strategic point - very close to the city centre, lots of eateries and shops nearby…the Swansea beach is about 5-6 minutes drive…the property itself is spacious duplex with clean rooms and bathrooms

The beds in some of the rooms are a little smaller and no provision for adding an extra single bed for the child.

It was lovely, clean and comfortable.
