Kouros Home & Suites--Faliraki--Adults Only

We stayed here for a week as a couple and had one of the suites with the private pool. From the start everyone was so friendly and welcoming and nothing was a problem. The room was very clean apart from a few ants but don't think that could have been helped so wasn't the end of the world. Lovely powerful shower and comfy bed. Outside of our room was where I think some of the staff took their breaks so for this reason sometimes on a morning it was a bit louder and you could smell smoke. Staff however were really friendly and always said morning and wished us a nice day. Breakfast was continental and apart from one day was always fully stocked with fresh pastries and fruit, they would also come round and offer eggs everyday. As a couple who don't eat eggs I can't comment on these. We are getting married in Greece next year and will be recommending to friends and family and will probably be back ourselves.

Hotel is absolutely amazing,beautiful freshly renovated room with huge bathroom.We r staying on a second floor.2 minutes from a beach and a short walk from Faliraki’s centre.Gloria in reception is so helpfull,always there to advice with car rentals and any other info!super place and defo coming back next year!

This hotel is very nice. Has very nice and spesial design. The sink is framelsker in glass with a big stone in the middle - so special. The shower is situated in What is supposed to be a cave. Very quite atmosphere. Lovely breakfast and nice straff. Lovely pool too.

Unfortunately some building works still in progress. This however did not prevent a fabulous holiday. Takis, george, Maria and rest of the family did everything to make sure we had a great stay. We were able to use kouros exclusive pool and facilities. Breakfast also provided at exclusive. The choice at breakfast is fabulous, including a chef to make your eggs of choice. Nice spacious bright room. Cleaned daily with fresh linen and towels. The staff made our holiday,nothing was too much bother. Special mention to Zoe looking after us at breakfast along with Yannis. Zoe was always with a smile and remembered our coffee 'order' every morning. Always willing to chat with you and make sure you had everything you needed. Also have to mention Constantine, always welcoming at the restaurant and bar. Great evening entertainment also provided at the bar. Agila mixing the cocktails at the bar...awesome. The hotel is well located, 10min walk along the beach walkway to town centre. 5min walk to the beaches and local eating places...recommend victorias. Highly recommend this hotel. Annette

Our stay at Kouros Home was amazing. They made us feel very welcome and were very accommodating. The breakfast was great and the restaurant is one of the best in Faliraki. It a very walkable distance to the center as well as the beach. They also helped plan our trips to Symi and rent a scooter where we were picked up and dropped off at the rental place. Even though there was still some finishing work being done on the hotel we didn't notice at all. Great pool and modern rooms. Hope to return soon for our next trip!

Absolutely disgusted with Kouros hotel/suites. We booked to stay here for 10 nights in June, which we were very much looking forward to. Having got an early morning flight, and a taxi from the airport, we arrived at 11:30am. To be told by Kouros Exclusive that Kouros Home was closed and under reconstruction. The hotel we had paid and booked to stay at for 10 nights was SHUT and that we COULDN’T stay there. Imagine travelling 5 hours to get on holiday, and the hotel/suite you have booked is NOT OPEN. We were absolutely fuming, Kouros Exclusive (partner) did not even offer us a room there saying they were fully booked. Thankfully and fortunately enough, we booked through a travel agent and they managed to move us to another hotel where we are very happy. Having not booked through an agent, had we of booked directly with the hotel we would be homeless 10 nights as we wouldn’t have another grand plus to spend on accommodation. Disgusting they are doing this to people, you can still book now on google and their site - shame on them. Would not recommend, very disorganised and a scam. They did not even circulate this to our travel agent as they were unaware. Honesty avoid - unprofessional employees of Kouros.

We are sitting in the airport sadly returning to England after a fabulous two week stay in Faliraki. We stayed in the Kouros Appts and had our own small pool which was kept immaculate. The Kouros has three separate units, consisting of our apartment, the exclusive appartment and the hotel complex. All three share the swimming pool but it never felt crowded. We had breakfast included and the choice available was tremendous. My husband had a cooked to order omelette most days. I think what made our stay special here was the staff. Everyone from checking in until leaving was friendly, helpful and even though we are nearly at the end of a long season, everyone had a smile and welcome for each customer. Our room staff were lovely. Clean bedding and towels every day. I had a birthday during our stay and came back to wine in our room and the bed decorated. The location was 5 minutes from Kathara beach and had 2 small supermarkets within that distance. Walking into the centre took about 10 mins to one of our favourite restaurants and less than 20 mins to the busy centre. I would definitely recommend a stay here. Hopefully we can return soon

When we arrived the hotel we were amazed ! It is a beautiful hotel and has an authentic decoration. The rooms are clean and tide , we took the room with the pool- it was clean and quite big. We really enjoyed it. The service in the hotel was kind, nice and very helpful! Never we have revived this great treatment in an hotel! The breakfast was good and tasty. I recommend this hotel and for sure will come back next summer. Thank you!

We've been in Kouros Home for one week on end of June and had a two bedroom appartment. The place is very cozy, with "close to natural" amenities and very quiet. It is clean and the maid was so helpful and nice. It is a family business and the owner is very nice person, it did everything to make us feel good. The place is close to the beach, like 5 min walking distance (the closest one); a very nice supermarket is just 50m away. Also, rent-a-car offices are in vicinity. Highly recommended for a quiet summer holiday.
