"Exceptional"

The location is great. Close to food places and it's a good spot when going to Pampanga or Balanga. We have everything we needed in the house, especially kitchen supplies. Although we had very minimal interaction with the "neighbors", they were nice and mostly friendly people. It was easy getting ahold of the owner even when we have no face to face encounter.

The stove fire somehow made the pots' bottom/ underside black (soot).. making it harder to clean. I also wish there was a rack/ clothesline to dry clothes in the porch. These however, are not deal breakers for my stay.

the place is nice, comfty and clean, highly recommended most especially if you are travelling by motorcycle. The location is also accessible to all store and establishments for your needs.
