Destacar sobre todo la ubicación, prácticamente en Gran Vía, y la limpieza. Ademas, el personal de limpieza era muy amable. Había secador, cambio de toallas y sábanas, una manta extra, caja fuerte, perchas, jabón y champú.

Se escuchaban ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas.
