Fabulous location, my Swedish friends were impressed with the value and I would definitely stay again

Location is awesome

Absolutely terrible communication. They didn’t send the door codes or the correct address on time, and the phone number provided didn’t work. We ended up running around Stockholm confused and frustrated until we finally received, bit by bit, the address, the code for the main entrance, and the apartment code. I had even contacted them the day before to avoid exactly this situation. The accommodation itself was fine: broken hairdryer, damaged drawer, and the bed was a bit nerve-wracking to climb into because the upper frame was very unstable. But those are minor issues. The communication, however, was absurdly bad, and to top it off, after we had already left, they messaged us asking to take out the trash to a bin located in a completely different building.

Good location

The ventilation was so loud that it was hard to sleep. They asked to use the remote on the wall but it didn't work. They promised to solve the problem the next day but they didn't(they had all day to finde a solution). I wrote them agane about the problem the next day evening and at 10 clock that night some spanish dude game and wandered around about 2.5 houers with no solution and after that visit ouer door didn't locked as well because it was electronic. And we had to sleep with unlocked door. So for 2 nights out of four we left. Because another 2 nights in this ventilation sound hell was too much. Also the steps to bed was to steep and the top handle was loose on screws. Also the bathroom door handle was missing screws and was basicly fallling off.

The location and The compact design

I didn’t found out how can I lock it.

Very good location and near a metro station. The studio is good with a little kitchen, good bathroom and bed. Access code was sent in amount, and the lock system is very practical, no keys to keep, that is a good point.

Only the ladder to climb into the bed because it is very steep. We are young and not afraid of heights so it was okay for us but not comfortable.

The location

Was too small and there were cockroaches
